What we collect

CafeLocation has no accounts and no forms. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and traffic statistics.

Your location

The “Cafés near me” page asks your browser for your location only when you press the button. The distance math runs in your browser; your location is never sent to us or stored.

Cookies and third parties

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and café maps from Google Maps, which may set their own cookies under Google’s privacy policy. If we add advertising or analytics in the future, such as Google AdSense or Google Analytics, those services may use cookies to serve and measure ads, and this page will be updated.
